Question - is this game basically a question of, "how many times must I click the upgrade button and incur a debt before I can rapidly pay it off by clicking the main button"?

You must get to the exact number, so you should not overshot too much.

A how-to explanation or the rules would be nice to see. Each game have rules. I struggled.
