#2Is there a technical description of what they do. I looket at the pages for a few minutes and it looks like they are using buoy to produce hidrogen, but I can't find more details.

#3Just a contact page and some empty marketing material at present AFAICT. Googling reveals that the core tech appears to be buoys that use some of the energy in ocean waves for electrolysis to make hydrogen from the seawater that surrounds them then compresses it in a storage tank to be removed when the buoy is collected.
On the one hand, choppy bays and inlets represent a big chunk of solar energy that is directed to the Earth without being adequately recovered for the economy, so the abstract model is of something that ought to make a profit in the absence of strong competition for growth in energy generation.
On the other, no matter how reliable the final version of these contraptions might be, the prospective operating costs are huge. Ships to collect the (probably meager quantities of) hydrogen and bring it ashore plus the work of picking up, maintaining and disseminating buoys? This only makes sense in a part of the world with modern machine tools and an urgent need for hydrogen for purposes other than energy generation, a combination which doesn't even apply to the PRC.
