Supreme Court sends Trump's immunity case back to a lower court in Washington

Misleading title. The text of the majority opinion makes it clear it is very unlikely any conviction of Trump in the case will likely not be Constituonal.

The president therefore may not be prosecuted for exercising his core constitutional powers, and he is entitled, at a minimum, to a presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts.

Now we will have arguments over what are core constitutional powers and what constitutes “official acts”. Hypothetically speaking, if Trump’s son-in-law takes $1 billion from the Saudi government in exchange for certain favors is it legal for Trump to benefit from this since his son-in-law acted as his advisor and that is an “official act” and having advisors perform foreign policy is a core constitutional power?

People more versed in legal language than I can word the above in a better way. I can’t help but think that in the future Presidents will abuse this. Democrats need to start impeaching and removing justices from the court.
