#4I’ve only ever stop a workout for injury or pain. But if you translate this to the book world, the plan is to read a book. If I don’t enjoy it, I just stop. I still try to stick to regular weekly training though.

#5Deloading is important. Your muscles need time to heal and recover and periods of light work to emphasize recovery also desensitize muscles to adaptation allowing you to easily break through plateaus
