#2We were just recently discussing how fraud might be used to go after scientist misconduct. Here is one. "Indicted for “defrauding the National Institutes of Health (NIH) of approximately $16 million” in grants".
And the usual riders: "Wang is charged with one count of major fraud against the United States, two counts of wire fraud, and one count of false statements."
