Ctrl-Z Exhaustion

I was really confused what this had to do with a keyboard shortcut before I finally realized the author is using it as /a verb/

I just wish there were any ways to deal with actually severe exhaustion like I've got chronically. Sometimes it feels like even the worst normal people experience after several 16h/d workweeks on 5h of sleep a night isn't half as bad as what I've got at baseline.
