Hiring Founding Engineer Junior

My name is Nico, I’m the CTO of Junior (myjunior.ai). Along with my cofounder Dimitri, we’ve been building genAI-powered workflow automation software for strategy consultants and private equity executives. Our goal is to radically transform private M&A through the use of agents, RAG, semantic search and best-of-breed integrations with proprietary data sources and various foundational models.

We were part of South Park Common’s Founder Fellowship and have scaled the business in the last year to serve firms in the top 10 PE / Consulting and big 4. It’s still just the two of us. We have very ambitious plans and need help from elite, driven engineers to realise them. As a Founding Engineer, you will be client-facing, you will managing complex projects end-to-end and playing a major role in setting Junior’s product roadmap and culture.

This is a unique opportunity. We are bootstrapped and profitable, and will eschew institutional funding for as long as possible. We have an impressive and growing roster of the most recognisable logos in the industry. You will have the opportunity to work on bleeding age domain-applied machine learning, with data no one else has access to and with some of the smartest users out there. We prioritise folks who have aesthetic & product minded bents -- we want to bring consumer grade design to staid B2B SaaS & new age LLM power to tired workflows.
