You should really have some info on your landing page/ homepage if you want ppl to sign up and use it. Purchasing a custom domain would also make you look like you are more evolved/further down the line than using the Vercel subdomain

Or- if you don't have the time / resources to do that, consider creating a waiting list for beta users and position it as early access, rather than "it's a beta and can be buggy"
