And why don't we simply cut Russia off from the internet? I'm constantly amazed at how we permit pervasive comprehensive attacks from other countries without a peep.

Really? We can't filter certain traffic at the point of entry? That seems unlikely.

You can't filter traffic at the nodes that don't belong to you.
