Bending Spoons to Acquire StreamYard

As someone with ears to the ground at Streamyard, friend works there, I hear there is a lot of nerves around the uncertainty of jobs going forward.

From past acquisitions, Evernote, Meetup, Filmic, it seems to be Bending Spoons practice to lay off engineers, slim down product and charge more for subscriptions.

I can't see why they are going to do anything different here.
