How do you protect against the chatbot providing inaccurate or inappropriate answers to users, such as https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-68025677 or https://www.bbc.com/travel/article/20240222-air-canada-chatb...?

There are guardrails added to make the chatbot answer only relevant questions
