This is ridiculously dependent on the current state of LLMs. The tricks necessary today are unlike to be relevant in 1-2 years.

Anyway, calling those tricks "engineering" is as ridiculous ad calling garbage collectors "sanitation engineers". It isn't engineering and there is no discipline.
