The House passed a TikTok ban bill.Is the app a national security threat?

One question I haven't seen much discussion about is the status of WeChat. Doesn't WeChat fall under this bill also? (The monthly active user requirement seems satisfied). If this bill becomes law, would it immediately become illegal for US tech companies to service WeChat also?
