I believe DreamsPC could be the future of the internet

in this document, i present a draft RFC (request for comment) proposal i'd like to run up the chain with W3C, but first i think i need to get some solutions stubbed in for a few lingering holes

would love for tech folks to poke some holes and tell me why this idea is doa
