Briefly put, this is a pretty small move, on a scale that has a lot notches on it.

are you sure....

Since Moody's still seems to rate US Gov't bonds as "Aaa", they must be pretty sure.

Not being a bond rating expert, I'll defer to their judgement in the matter.
