Ask HN: Any service for verified SMS numbers?

I'd like to get carrier-verified numbers for SMS. The problem with Twilio and the like are that other services detect they are VOIP numbers and reject them. I've tried the "Burner" app and it provides verified numbers, but I need something I can provision via API.
