#3It started out nicely but over the years its almost impossible to use the service now, and not just the service the UI is difficult.
Its sad to say but if you're going to try use a provider for SMS pick another one.

#4If only they improved the customer experience. Half the issue with European domiciled companies is the fixation on regulation where it wont even apply to customers in the first place, especially outside the EU. It started out nicely but over the years its almost impossible to use the service now, and not just the service the UI is difficult. You mean regulation in order to prevent SPAM? Surely thats a good thing right? Email me and Ill get you the best experience albeit you need to be a legit company. robert@
Just curious as well, how many legit companies percentage wise are there vs the spammers - that makes it hard for most customers vs the spammers.
I'll see if I can write in, fyi we signed up to Messagebird first over 6 years ago so have seen it deteriorate as a product over time.

Its more than just regulation, have you seen your login system. You have to login and pick another product to login. It's just so clunky compared to how it started out. Its like your team has never used your own product as a customer. Before you explain why its like that, i'll tell you - it's some internal reason to do with your team or internal structure that your customers don't care about & will never see. Just cu…
