Reading Prices in Grocery Stores Using AI

I would love to see this used to provide a detailed analysis of grocery price inflation over time, using every single product in the store.

The price trends that I have seen so far only include a subset of common grocery items such as bread, milk and cheese. The stores are good at figuring out which items they can increase prices on, and when, in a way that is hard for us to notice.
