#3Add further documentation by filing a ticket setting a deadline to get back your money, unsubscribe you and otherwise you will chargeback.
If you can afford it: Contact a lawyer in case you may get sued and ask for instructions. Maybe he tells you to chargeback the money.

That said, there's nothing that says the vendor can't take punitive action. Amazon, for example, has common terms in their agreements that say things like "if you even initiate a chargeback we block you from all of our platforms". Not sure how that would work on X but just an FYI on chargebacks.

Just a note about this: payment processors/payment networks/banks require some kind of compliance with the chargeback process which is kind of a black-box dispute process, there's no way to know how it will shake out but they do tend to side with the "buyer" for small stuff like this. #10I would first document the process with screenshots and video to prove you have failed to unsubscribe because of technical problems. Show multiple ways you tried. Add further documentation by filing a ticket setting a deadline to get back your money, unsubscribe you and otherwise you will chargeback.
