#3This really signals a move away from a "pay-for-what-you-use" model (i.e. actually serverless) and towards something where they put arbitrary caps on plans to make you upgrade. Why can't I pay for extra storage or projects on the launch plan? Why do I have to pay for a Scale plan to set my autoscaling timeout lower?!

#4Seems like this will be a huge price hike for my current use-case (many small infrequently used projects for things like labs, courses, POCs or projects just starting). Neon has not been around for long enough for us to use them on large, customer-facing projects yet.
