#4Wow. This kind of egregious fraud on the court by a government enforcement agency is really bad. Especially because judges (and juries) tend to grant law enforcement and government agencies significant trust and latitude. I hope the judge thoroughly penalizes this behavior because it happens a lot more often than it is caught, exposed and corrected.
