Relay for Reddit is one of the only survivors (on Android) and is fantastic. The dev bent over backwards to keep it going during all of the turmoil. It's subscription-based now, but really cheap and easy to change levels.

The app also clearly hows how many API calls you're using, daily averages and such.

I think I would have left Reddit completely if I'd been forced to use their app.
