When Is Cash an Appropriate Gift?

i was ready to pooh-pooh this, but it makes a point. but i'm probably less conservative than the author:

    - yeah, probably not wife or parents i guess
    - otherwise, hell yeah! (kids, siblings, friends, etc. FINE!)

in fact, pretty much anyone who wants to can send me cash and i won't complain at all.
