#2I believe this also applies to plain Beeper Cloud according to the Beeper Updates channel inside the app. Been a user since May of this year and it was working beautifully. RIP, end of an era. I just sold all of my Macs recently and don't think I'll acquire a Mac just for this reason :(

“A Mac“ most likely includes macOS running under virtualization or on a Hackintosh as well, for now. (Apple’s historically been extremely lenient about these off-label uses of macOS, but the fine folks at Beeper will probably destroy this for us as well.)

Personally I feel it’s a simple price to pay if you must have the “blue” bubble or be in such a circle that doesn’t move to a cross platform app ;-)
As someone who has been fully on fruit company devices for more than a decade, both professionally and personally and never used iMessage - never had to or wanted to, this whole circus looks absolutely ridiculous.
