Super not a lawyer, but if you’re not even interacting with dollars, let alone acting as a custodian for customer funds… does KYC still apply?

Also, it looks like this is basically just a nice web modal to streamline stablecoin transfers?
I mean, it would make sense if you also added direct payment using a CC for example, but this seems just a wrapper around web3modal that collects 1% tax on each tx.
It's good if you don't want/can't develop at all, but that's about it.

Regardless, there are callback and analytic, webhooks are being considered without compromising user identity. Sure, there are a lot of things to do

I mean, I think they’re intentionally avoiding any interaction with the traditional financial system. Super not a lawyer, but if you’re not even interacting with dollars, let alone acting as a custodian for customer funds… does KYC still apply?
