This is a joke, right? There’s nothing in the repo. Is this from someone we expect will produce a functioning implementation?

This seems to be more of the OpenAI debacle, Reuters has an article mentioning this technology (?) [1].

EDIT: As this is only an empty repo, I fail to see the value in posting it.
