What really would concern me more is if he starts referring to vast swathes of the electorate in such terms, or perhaps calling them a basket of deplorables.
I guess someone finds dictionaries difficult. So here you go.
Deplorable comes from the French word déplorer meaning "to give up as hopeless," meaning something is so bad, there is no hope of improvement.
So yeah we all complain about politicians needing to be removed, but one candidate says that at least 1/4 of the country are not hopeless and they're giving up on them. What other historical leaders gave up on a significant portion of their country????

That's odd; when I was in school in the States we learned that something deplorable is to be regretted, while vermin are to be exterminated. For me, there's enough daylight between these connotations to drive a Mack truck through. Are the definitions in your dialect somehow closer?

As many HN readers know, the flexibility of startups comes from being able to achieve similar outcomes with different mixes of time, money, and staffing to larger entities.
Just as a thought-exercise for hackers (who delight in solving problems which do not exist* in the real world, especially when they involve artificial constraints), can you figure out some good ways to leave your country assuming that you have (a) almost no time, (b) almost no money, or (c) almost no chance of expecting help —or even neutrality— from strangers?
* at least not now; we left all that behind in the 20th century, right?
