I guess someone finds dictionaries difficult. So here you go.
Deplorable comes from the French word déplorer meaning "to give up as hopeless," meaning something is so bad, there is no hope of improvement.
So yeah we all complain about politicians needing to be removed, but one candidate says that at least 1/4 of the country are not hopeless and they're giving up on them. What other historical leaders gave up on a significant portion of their country????

Just as a thought-exercise for hackers (who delight in solving problems which do not exist* in the real world, especially when they involve artificial constraints), can you figure out some good ways to leave your country assuming that you have (a) almost no time, (b) almost no money, or (c) almost no chance of expecting help —or even neutrality— from strangers?
* at least not now; we left all that behind in the 20th century, right?
