Surrogacy Agency Red Flags Discussion Group

This is a forum for people to discuss the issues they've had with surrogacy agencies including red flags, conflicts of interest, and bad behavior. Surrogacy agencies are not currently regulated, even where commercial surrogacy is highly regulated and practiced with the help of experienced assisted reproduction attorneys. By sharing information, there's hope for reform. It's also important to warn those considering surrogacy about agencies that do not uphold ethnical standards. This is different from the agency review groups which only allow people that completed journeys to write reviews - that policy excludes folks like Intended Parents that were never matched and out money they paid agencies and surrogates that never completed journeys and were matched with less-than-ideal Intended Parents causing a match break.
