Users have no ownership of anything YouTube. They view YouTube at the pleasure of Google, and Google can yank that away or gate it however they see fit.

So there is no extortion, because Google is not damaging anything that belonged to the user in the first place.

And this is setting aside the assumption that most users are adblocking within Google Chrome.

The CFAA is one of those laws intentionally worded generically so that everything is against the law. But the only time it is enforced is when someone with enough money/power gets upset and buys a DA to start the indictment. I doubt there's anyone with enough money/power that wants to protect human people from google.

Google/Youtube doesn't owe you anything, except for the rights and obligations contracted with them. They aren't coercing you or anyone else to use their site.
