#2Considering the $100 million loss at MGM and the $500mm loss at Clorox, it makes total sense that they are going after them especially considering their private equity owners actively avoided their risk management duties.
Additionally as a government contractor, they should hope they don’t get hit with a FCA suit as well considering the DOJ is looking for whistleblowers in cybersecurity.
