Deprecating Bitrise Build Cache for Tuist

Ouch I didn't know Tuist had gone partially closed source. Wonder what's the root cause behind this, the linked PR only mentions "recent actions proved us wrong"

I do use XcodeGen a whole lot, I wonder if it's going to get a lot more attention now that Tuist's pulling this.
