Sounds nice, though ideally password sharing should never happen and is a security nightmare. Reallistically we know however there are situations where it's the easiest or only way to do something.

So when I e.g. revoke some contact access to a shared password I absolutely have to change the password as well, since I have to assume that contact made a copy of it somewhere else.

So, how do you share credentials with new employees with your current setup? Then, to further upon your "change password" story: how do you propagate out the changed password to the remaining audience who still need it?

Look, on the one hand, shared credentials are a nightmare and should be avoided; on the other hand, there are differing organizational maturity levels so I'll gladly take "here is the URL to the Legacy Vendor Login" over "well, I put the password in our Magic Password Excel in Dropbox lolol"
