#5I'm guessing... you take two post-it notes, and fence them on either side of the headers. For april that means you wrap it around at the 3rd (Thursday) to the 4th (Friday...)

#9As far as I can recall, the only time I need to know day-of-month is when scheduling and I need my actual calendar with existing appointments for that.
