One of the comments on the video says:
“according to Google you are actually allowed to land in places that aren’t airports or airfields as long as the landing is done in a safe manner. And if the property you’re landing in is private, you must have permission from the owner.”
There also is a comment that says “No, but I had permission to land in that lot :)”
Andi guess it varies a lot, and not only by country. I doubt you are allowed to even fly over the White House at low height, for example.
