They're lonely because there's work to do on themselves that they haven't done. The tech job ain't the problem.

#4I've got sympathy for anyone that moved during COVID and got "stuck" with regards to their new career/social life/etc - that shit was hard. Couldn't agree more. Try new hobbies and adventures and find more purposely intriguing things to spend your time. For example find a good cause and volunteer or join a outdoors club. This will improve your social skills instead of being bland and talk about work all the time.
