Basically what the title says. I need to send a nfc reader from Canada to the US for testing (not for sale). I just want to make sure I won’t get in trouble with the FCC. I’m in the early stages of doing the certification and just don’t want to jeopardize that process.

#3I had the impression you need FCC cert for anything that 'transmit' radio/RF, not receivers...?
