Which tech CEOs deserve their TC (Total Compensation)?

I assume TC doesn't include appreciation of stock you already own, only RSUs or similar?

So I'd expect stagnant companies (Expedia and Intel) to have to pay more, while those with more potential upside to pay less, all else being equal.
