#2Flaking out at the last minute is not introversion, it's rudeness. It puts your convenience above other people's time and feelings. I'm an introvert and I hate it too. I have a really hard time accepting that out of 10 people who said they would come, only 3 will show up. I'd rather know before I put any effort into organising something.
