#2They gather all the feedback and reject you on a scheduled phone call a few days after the last one.
It's almost like they don't really want to hire anyone. There's not reason this can't be done within a week, two at most.

#3Yeah jobs search is miserable right now. Recruiters seem to have no sense of urgency, I'd get initial phone calls scheduled like a week out. The 2-4 days for them to get that info to the hiring manager, then if they want to move on, you get a first round interview scheduled with an unavailable engineer maybe a week or two out again. #5Ask a NCH, even from prestigious school with advanced degrees to investigate an issue and write a report. 3/5 chance you end up with a steaming pile of doodoo.

#8This lasted for 3 months starting October and final rounds in December. Final rejection in mid January. Another Was over 6 months.
