#4Their queueing system sucks; random people keep hopping into the top 15 slots, bumping everybody back. Not worth your time if you have other things to do.

Check your Skype--they'll text chat before they call. Shouldn't take long.

The queue is sorted by registration time, and a lot of people registered for this challenge during the entire month of February.
