Petition the Government of Canada to increase NSERC/CIHR/SSHRC research funding

I'd rather it be neutral, ie no diversity and BS not related to research than increased. If anything, increasing it and keeping everything else that's broken only creates more disparity between those willing to toe the line and those who are not.
