Run prompts in bulk and with plugins using the GPT-4 API

Found this tool in the OpenAI forums, it's a spreadsheet web app that lets you run lots of prompts at a time (they handle the queuing to OpenAI for you). They also included tools like web scraper and web browsing to make up for the lack of plugins in the API.
