Is it me, or the "low" latency is not that low? Like a 1-second delay, also the cursors don't seem as smooth for the advertised "120hz" update frequency.

I think it is exactly 1s. If you set both sides to max, it will be 2s total.
2s is a lot for latency. Checking https://cloudpingtest.com/aws, the max from where I am to any place on earth is 1.3s.
There are definitely still cases where the cursors hiccup. We have move work to do to get to where we want before our open beta.
