#2I'm not trying to be pithy or critically negative here, but if one doesn't definitively know most of the answers to this set of questions which span such a wide range of topics, one might consider being an employee first so as to learn the ropes before hanging one's own shingle.
Unfortunately this post does nothing to assuage my own confirmation bias that most American startups are shambling horror shows.
