#2Just got hit with this 7-year old bug that resurfaced again, forced me to redownload a PDF file that I opened in Private Mode and made me wonder where the file disappeared, it sent me on a trip of thinking of various cases (bad sectors, bad VM, hacked, kids messed with my PC...etc) but it's just modern software dictating what to do with your computer.
No escape from Google Chrome now that Edge is filled with ads and spam every update (looking at you unremovable Bing icon) and Firefox insists on going downhill.
End of rant, I hope this saves people's PDFs from Mozilla.

The bug seems to be 7 months old, not 7 years old. ;)

The bug seems to be 7 months old, not 7 years old. ;)
The 7 year old bug is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1278811
which was resolved as a duplicate of the more recent one.
