ChatGPT plugins: OpenAI's attempt to kill Google

I still find myself using Google and stack overflow for answers because the logical chain is a human intelligence (me) queries a massive live repository of data, I receive results that correlate to my prompt as answers generated by other human intelligences.

I don't see how AI can replace this process until it is superior than a human agent at querying, collating and responding with information, which is something to be far more concerned about than Google's business model.
