Who wants to rent a place and build some cool shit?

I woke up this morning and realized I'm in a very blessed position: I'm living at an inflection point in human history (AI), have the skills to get involved (AWS, Google), and have some money saved up. I also have no obligations to a wife or any kids.

So now I just really want to build some cool shit.

This might sound crazy. But I figure what the heck, I'll ask HN: Does anyone want to rent a place for a year and see what we can build if we spend all our time hacking together?
