And where did OpenAI get their data from?

I'm somewhat minded to hedge bets that all AI outputs will ruled be non-copyrightable.

I know of a research team training against my TTS service. They've got five robots ingesting data now.

It's all ouroboros.

I don’t understand… GPT is itself trained on copyrighted text?

Not even trying any reasoning. As if what some hope will be an emergent feature was clipped "just to be sure".

A standard bureaucratic nonanswer - just what ChatGPT would say and not a bad thing for non-human entities people might take seriously to say. What do you want, some prognostication?
