CircleCI Major Outage

I haven't used CircleCI in a while, but it was really nice. Everyone copied them, unfortunately for them. At work we mostly use GitHub Actions now.

I also appreciate the transparency we're seeing here. Certainly exemplary, and befitting given their product space.
