It follows that it's likely possible (albeit unlikely) to survive falling from any height .. as terminal velocity limits speed on impact.
On the flip side, people have tripped on flat floors hit their head and died .. is that falling from 0 height, or from their head heigt? Hmmmm.
Where the sematics get gnarly, of course, is falling down a well à la Country Death Song .. is that death by height, by depth, or .. negative height? Hmmmm.
